DETAILS What: Combines elements of boxing, martial arts, and aerobics to provide overall physical conditioning and toning. When: 8pm to 9pm every Wednesday. Where: Fitness First, Aspects Lesiure Centre, Kingswood, Bristol, BS15 9LA. Need: Where loose fitting clothing and appropirate footwear. Cost: £5 per session.
