Are you looking to challenge yourself, get fit, loose those few extra pounds for that special occasion or to take your fitness to the next level?  Whatever your reasons Simon Creese Personal Training can help you achieve your goals and more!

SO WHAT'S IT ALL ABOUT?

Personal Training is individualised coaching that will help you reach your fitness goals.  When you hire a trainer, they will develop a training program for you based on your needs*, goals, level of commitment, and experience.

The key to personal training is that everyone is different based on the above mentioned variables and many more.  The main idea behind personal training is that there is no perfect program.  What does this mean?  The term no perfect program means that you cannot pick up a magazine, pull out a fitness routine that a famous celebrity performs, and use it to your full advantage.  Why not.

WHY SHOULD I HIRE A PERSONAL TRAINER?

1.  Results - no matter what your level or goal, a trainer will help you get the results you're after.
2.  Program Design -  I am trained to create workout programs that will help you optimize your time and results.
3.  Form Correction - using poor form can result in two problems.  First, using poor form will detract from the results you are seeking, meaning that poor form recruits muscles other than those you are trying to work.  Second, poor form can result in immediate injury, but more often results in muscle imbalance issues, which can significantly decrease performance.
4.  You're new to exercising - learn the safe, correct, and effective methods to improve your health.
5.  Motivation, increased confidence and c
onsistency.
6.  Plateau - Plateaus can occur if you've been performing the same workout for months and have stopped seeing results.  I will instill variety, in both the exercise variables (sets, reps, rest, tempo, etc) and exercise selection, which will put you on the fast track to reaching your goals.
7.  Specificity - specificity refers to the S.A.I.D. principle, which stands for specific adaptations to imposed demands.  This means that the results your body will experience are directly and specifically related to your training program.  This is especially important for athletes training for an event and ranges in level of ability from elite athletes to intramurals basketball players to a novice runner wanting to complete a half-marathon.
8. Injury Recovery or Prevention - while trainers do not deal directly with injuries, they provide a bridge from physical therapy to full independent activity.

 MAKE TRAINING FUN!!!

* Personal training assessments are included with the cost of your personal training package.  Through the assessment, I will be able to identify your specific areas of weakness in order to create an exercise prescription that best matches your goals.
